All items listed as in stock will ship within 1-4 business days of receipt of order.
Domestic orders usually ship the same or next day.
Export orders usually ship within 3-4 days.
So your order arrives in the least amount of time we ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service either Priority or Express service at your choice.
Priority orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipment.
Express orders shipped domestically arrive within 1 to 3 business days of shipment
All international orders are shipped express and can take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated at check out. The cost is based on the weight, size, number of items order and delivery method selected.
Orders over $99 ship priority mail at no charge within the U.S.
Shipping outside the continental U.S is also automatically calculated at check out. If there is a variance in the amount calculated we will notify you before processing your order you must then approve it before we ship. Duties or custom charges are the responsible of the recipient.

90 day guarantee - You may return any un-opened product within 90 days of the invoice date for a full refund or exchange less shipping and handling. The product must be in new re-saleable condition including all original packaging.
30 day return policy - You may return any open product containing at least 60% of the original product within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or exchange less shipping and handling.

Returns
We are aware that people order items and then realize that it may not be what they thought. We will gladly refund or exchange any item. Items can only be returned with an RGA# - Email Request an RGA#, include the order ID number and product code along with a brief description as to why you are returning the product. You will receive a reply with your RGA# and the return ship to address. Carefully repackage the product with the packing slip or invoice and send it via the US postal service return receipt. Your account will be credit for total amount of the product less shipping and handling. Any items returned without an RGA# and packing slip or invoice can not be credited.
